7. PLAN YOUR ROUTE – CHOOSE A SINGLE CLIMB:
You must pick one hill for this challenge, and then repeat that as many times as necessary to hit your elevation target. You cannot ride or run different routes on the same mountain. But your chosen climb can be of any length. So choose wisely!
8. COMPLETE IT IN ONE SHOT:
Your challenge must be completed in one attempt—no sleeping! Stopping for meals and breaks is fine, but remember that these will increase your overall time and those breaks can add up quickly.
You must start and finish your Giddy Up Challenge between 12:01 a.m. in your time zone on Friday and 11:50 p.m. in your time zone on Monday.
9. SUBMIT YOUR RESULTS:
Once you’re done, you will need to submit your results to our official leaderboard on the Giddy Up Everesting.cc Page. (Also you need to make sure you’ve signed up to the my Join The Rusch!
