3. CONNECT YOUR STRAVA ACCOUNT TO EVERESTING

Pre-connect your Strava account on the Giddy Up Everesting.cc submission page. The system will search your recent rides for elevation. Sign out and sign back in again to check and autoload your routes again.

4. JOIN MY STRAVA CHALLENGE:

Join the #GIDDYUPFORGOOD Strava Challenge so you can share your ride, watch others, and cheer the global team of runners and riders taking this climbing challenge together.

5. MAKE YOUR #GIDDYUPFORGOOD COUNT:

Create your own fundraising page or join an existing team though CauseVox's Be Good™ Foundation hub.

6. REVIEW THE RULES + ETHICS, READ THE FAQ AND CHECK OUT THE YOUR MEMBERS HOMEPAGE PAGES:

Find answers to any question you might have in the Rules + Ethics, FAQs, and Members' Homepage.  And be sure to put the Science & Stoke webinars on your schedule.

7. PLAN YOUR ROUTE – CHOOSE A SINGLE CLIMB:

You must pick one hill for this challenge, and then repeat that as many times as necessary to hit your elevation target. You cannot ride or run different routes on the same mountain. But your chosen climb can be of any length. So choose wisely!

8. COMPLETE IT IN ONE SHOT:

Your challenge must be completed in one attempt—no sleeping! Stopping for meals and breaks is fine, but remember that these will increase your overall time and those breaks can add up quickly.

You must start and finish your Giddy Up Challenge between 12:01 a.m. in your time zone on Friday, May 27, and 11:50 p.m. in your time zone on Monday, May 30.

9. SUBMIT YOUR RESULTS:

Once you’re done, you will need to submit your results to our official leaderboard on the Giddy Up Everesting.cc Page. (Also you need to make sure you’ve signed up to the my Join The Rusch! Strava club and and the #GIDDYUPFORGOOD Strava Challenge) We will pull the winners the Eversting.cc official list. Results must be submitted through Everesting.cc's submission page: https://veloviewer.com/giddyup.
