Fundraiser Leaderboard: Beth Collins

From now until the Giddy Up Challenge weekend begins, we will be announcing our top fundraiser. This week, our top fundraiser is Beth Collins! Beth is from Traverse City, Michigan and has chosen to bike a half Everest. She will be completing her challenge in Grand Junction, CO. Beth was introduced to cycling through running/triathlons and has been cycling for 30+ years now. She decided to #GiddyUp and fundraise because she believes it's a great way to build community and that it is important to take care of the places we treasure. Beth says "The main mantra I carry and put on my handlebar is 'Because I Can'. I am grateful to be able ride, to do hard things, to share the trail with others. It is a gift I don’t take for granted." Beth has raised $1,850 so far! Thank you Beth for your commitment to Be Good!

Yeehaw! We're on our way to our fundraising goal of $125,000, but we need YOU!

So far we have 33 fundraisers, 22 donations and 5 teams who have committed to #BeGood and protect the outdoor spaces and natural places we all love. All together we have raised $3,185. We have 44 days left to get to our goal and we can't do it without you. Your commitment will support global, national and local nonprofit organizations that preserve, protect and honor natural places and advocate for accessible outdoor experiences for everyone.

How can you help? You can register to participate and fundraise on your own and/or make a tax deductible donation in support of another participant (see the current fundraisers). If you do register to ride or run, get some of your friends to join you and create a team composed of other Giddy Up Challenge participants. The individual and team that raises the most will win rad prizes from our supporters! Click here to learn more about the Giddy Up Challenge beneficiaries and how you can giddy up and join us!
