How to Submit Your Results

Ready for your challenge? Follow the very important steps below to prepare for, record and submit your results. To be eligible for awards, you must submit your results by May 31 at 11:59 p.m. in your time zone. Watch Coach Tim Cusick's video demonstration of how to submit your results below and then go through the checklist below to make sure you are prepared for challenge day.

BEFORE YOUR CHALLENGE...like today! Do this now to save time:

  1. Register for the Giddy Up Challenge if you have not already.

  2. Get a free Strava Account.

  3. Pre-connect your Strava account on the Giddy Up Everesting.cc submission page. Do this beforehand to save time. The system will search your recent rides for elevation. Sign out and sign back in again to check and autoload your routes again.

  4. Sign up for the #GiddyUpForGood Strava Challenge.

DURING YOUR CHALLENGE:

  • Record your race on a cycling or running computer, fitness watch, smartphone, or any other device that allows you to record and upload it to Strava. It is important that you use Strava, because it is the only way to upload it to the Eversting.cc page.

AFTER YOUR CHALLENGE:

In the video below, Coach Tim Cusick walks you through submitting your results to the Giddy Up Challenge Eversting.cc page.

To be eligible for race awards, you must have a Strava account (free or premium) and a GPS Tracking device (cycling or running computer, fitness watch, smartphone, or any other device that allows you to record and upload to Strava), join the Join the Rusch! Strava club AND the #GiddyUpForGood Strava Challenge, and upload your ride or run to Everesting.cc by 11:59 p.m. on May 31 in your time zone.

THE FINE PRINT:

We ask every participant to join the Join the Rusch! Strava club, join the #GiddyUpForGood Strava Challenge, and submit a climbing file to Eversting.cc to help spread the word about our fundraising efforts. Even if your goal is the experience and not the podium, all submissions are eligible for fundraising and other random awards, plus virtual high fives! New to Strava? Take a look through the Getting Started article on Strava’s support site.
