Rebecca's friends at Altra Running know that a good workout isnt just about having the best gear. Sometimes lacing up the shoes or getting in the saddle requires more motivation on some days than others. With Rebecca doing the Quarter Everest Run only two days after the Full Everest Bike, we thought we'd go review what her Altra teammate Jeff Browning had to say to The Dirt about his tips and tricks to get you out of the door to make the most of your workout.
